Visiting Seattle I noticed there is an obsession with all things teriyaki so had to try it.  I love Teri chicken and being from Hawaii we stick to the more traditional Japanese style of teriyaki and yakitori. Less sweet and more notes of garlic and ginger.  Walked in to a pretty unimpressive joint but never just a book by its cover. Simple menu and ordered the standard teriyaki chicken.

Brought it home and was surprised to see a fairly generous portion.  Took a bite and hey, not bad. Chicken was tender and flavorful.  Sauce was great as well.  But this salad made up of cabbage?  Yup they took the cheap way out.  Yuck.  Other than that it was pretty good!

After a long day of shopping, me and my wife were famished. Being from Hawaii, this place really reminded me of home. The teriyaki was on point.

My wife ordered the chicken teriyaki and chicken katsu combo, while I ordered the spicy teriyaki chicken. Both plates come with white rice and side salad. The dressing I couldn't identify, I believe it was either a sesame or a miso.

The chicken teriyaki was tender and juicy while the chicken katsu was crispy and not dry. My spicy teriyaki was similar to the regular but with a gochujang-like taste and sauce on top.

The owner is super friendly and does it all. He is the cook and the cashier. Mad props to him. I'll definitely come back and try other things on the menu!

This place was beyond disappointing. I went here due to the reviews that I saw. I called them for a Togo order and was told it would be ready in 10 mins. I ordered hot chicken teriyaki and a chicken Yakisoba . I showed up to pick up the order, place was not busy at all. Yakisoba has no flavor. Tasted like boiled noodles and boiled vegetables mixed together. Absolutely bland. Hot chicken  was "meh". Definitely had better for what I paid for.

If you're from Hawaii and you're looking for a place to remind you of home, this just may be the place you've been looking for. It's located in the middle of pretty much nowhere so thanks Yelp for helping us find this place. My husband and I just moved to Seattle a few weeks ago and have been looking for a place to satisfy our plate lunch craving. This place did the trick. It reminded me of L&L or Kikuya back home. The food came out pretty quick and everything tasted pretty good. I ordered the teriyaki chicken/chicken katsu combo and my husband ordered the spicy chicken. We both really enjoyed our food. I would come back again!

A nice cozy little spot with delicious teriyaki! Filled my belly and made me happy. right next to the REI and many shopping centers which is nice too.
